EPTA (UK) Student Membership Application Form

You can choose to fill out your application form online, or to download it and send it in the post.

If you choose to do it online:

1. Please complete the Student Membership Application form below in full
2. Pay for your membership using our online shop after you have completed the form and submitted it.

ENTITLEMENTS FOR STUDENT MEMBERS £10 (concessionary rate)

Provided they are studying on a full-time music course, student members are entitled to:

Piano Professional magazine three times a year, January, April and September
Public liability insurance cover whilst teaching and for EPTA organised events
A copy of the EPTA UK handbook
Admission to regional and national events at a reduced rate
Enter themselves and their pupils in the Piano Competition
Enter themselves and their pupils in the Composer’s Competition
Attend and vote at the AGM

When your course of study ends and you qualify, you will be entitled to Full Individual Membership
